Delete Your Account

Xenora E-sports and Xenora Studio use the same account

Delete in the app

Available in the latest version of the apps. On an older version, update the app or use the email option below.

  1. Open the Xenora E-sports or Xenora Studio app and log in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
  3. Read what will be removed, type DELETE and confirm (with your password if you log in with email).

You are logged out on all devices right away. Your personal data is erased after 30 days. If you log in again before that, the request is cancelled and your account stays.

Before you delete

  • Withdraw your winning balance and manager balance first. An account with money to withdraw, a withdrawal in progress or a deposit under review cannot be deleted yet.
  • Unregister from upcoming tournaments, or wait until they are over. Managers must finish or cancel their group's upcoming tournaments.
  • Deposit balance and bonus coins cannot be withdrawn and are lost when the account is deleted.
  • If you own a group, it is closed and its members can join another group.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted after 30 days

  • Username, email, phone number, profile photo and bio
  • Google sign-in link and Free Fire name / ID (also in past tournament entries)
  • Saved UPI and bank details
  • Push notification tokens, notifications, friends list and feedback messages
  • Group memberships and manager profile

Kept, without your name

  • Wallet transactions, deposits (with payment proof) and withdrawals (payment details stay encrypted): kept for up to 8 years for tax, accounting and fraud checks, linked only to an internal account number.
  • Tournament results and ratings you gave, shown as "Deleted player".
  • An anonymous device fingerprint (hash), used only to prevent fraud.
