By creating an account and using Xenora Esports, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All information provided during registration is accurate and truthful
• You will keep your account credentials secure and confidential

Account Creation:

• You must register with a valid mobile number and Free Fire UID
• Each user is allowed only ONE account
• Multiple accounts by the same user will result in permanent ban
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

Account Security:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Do not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access

Eligibility:

• Open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above
• Participants must have a valid Free Fire account
• Banned or suspended Free Fire accounts are not eligible

Tournament Conduct:

• Join the room using provided room ID and password at scheduled time
• Use only your registered Free Fire UID for tournaments
• Screenshots of match results are mandatory for verification
• Failure to submit proof may result in disqualification
• Tournament organizers' decisions are final and binding

Prohibited Activities:

• Using hacks, cheats, mods, or any third-party software
• Teaming in solo tournaments
• Match fixing or collusion
• Abusive behavior or harassment of other players
• Using VPN or location spoofing tools

Deposits:

• All payments must be made through approved payment gateways
• Deposit amounts are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors
• Transaction fees (if any) are borne by the user

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
• Withdrawals processed within 24-48 hours
• Valid bank account or UPI ID must be linked
• KYC verification may be required for withdrawals above certain limits
• Bonus amounts have specific terms and conditions
• TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applicable as per Indian tax laws

Wallet Types:

• Deposit Wallet: Funds added by user
• Winning Wallet: Prize money from tournaments (withdrawable)
• Bonus Wallet: Promotional credits (terms apply)

• Prizes credited to winning wallet within 24-48 hours after tournament completion
• Winners must submit valid match screenshots for verification
• Discrepancies in results will be investigated; decisions are final
• Prizes may be forfeited in case of rule violations or cheating
• Xenora Esports reserves the right to withhold prizes pending investigation

Xenora Esports is committed to maintaining fair play. We employ advanced detection systems and manual review processes.

Consequences of Cheating:

• Immediate disqualification from tournaments
• Forfeiture of all prizes and winnings
• Permanent account ban
• Legal action in severe cases

If you suspect another player of cheating, report immediately through the app.

Tournament Entry Fees:

• Entry fees are non-refundable once tournament starts
• Refunds issued only if tournament is cancelled by Xenora Esports
• Technical issues on user's end do not qualify for refund

Wallet Deposits:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Refunds only in case of duplicate or erroneous transactions
• Refund requests must be raised within 7 days

All content, features, and functionality on Xenora Esports including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images
• Software, code, and interface design
• Tournament formats and scoring systems
• Trademarks and service marks

Are owned by Xenora Esports and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Xenora Esports shall not be liable for:

• Internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions
• Delays or failures in Free Fire servers
• Actions or conduct of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the past 3 months.

By You: You may request account deletion by contacting support.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activities or cheating
• Abusive behavior towards staff or other users
• Creating multiple accounts
• Non-payment or payment disputes

Upon termination, your access to services will cease and remaining balances (excluding bonus amounts) will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.
